I have not upgraded,i bought this pc with windows 10 on it

So did I;  and my updates will not install, no matter what I try.  And my other Win10 desktop has NOT had this issue, so it must be something about this desktop that is messed up.

I was told by a Microsoft tech that some PCs don't have the right drivers for Win 10 and that is what's causing the update problems.  I also have 2 PCs and the older one (now 6) doesn't have any issues and the younger one (now 3) does.  Go figure.  How one obtains the right drivers remains a mystery.  Let me know if you can find out.

    I bought mine 12/2016. - HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a010 (Touch)

Hard to believe it doesn't have the right drivers; it's gone through every monthly update with no issues until last month.
