I tried Gohran's method. KB4088776 is listed as being already installed. When I downloaded the Delta update KB4093112, my computer came up with a dialog window which said that it was not appropriate for my machine. (I chose the x64 version)

They don't read their customers' response. Mostly, it is just volunteers who are given titles for kissing Microsoft's a__. You'll never get a response that will be helpful to your question.

- Download and install Cumulative update KB4088776
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4088776
- Reboot
- Download and install Delta update KB4093112
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4093112
- Reboot
- Run the Windows update
