2018-04-15T02:59:44+00:00 Thanks for the response. Update- i continued to force shutdown and then startup the computer until it didnt load correctly. This gave me the option to go to troubleshoot options and clicked the restart system and just re installed the whole windows 10 and this time it maintained integrity and booted up properly and this fixed my login issue however it wiped everything. I didnt have much on it but just an fyi for anyone who does this way.
