Same issue here, after refreshing my system.

I've tried resetting the Windows Store, and using the Windows Store Troubleshooter with no success.

plzzzzzzz fix this error, its really get me upset. cant install anything. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help fix it :-(

FIX ERROR PLEASE

Enough of us have now (I understand) brought this to their attention that they are working on it. No idea how long, it may be a bit complicated. My problems started with the set of updates before this last one. I occasionally could not get to the store, but when I did, it worked fine. Of course now, after this last update it doesn't work at all. For future reference, the way I was able to discuss this was with my yearly paid service contract with microsoft. This was early yesterday and the tech was not aware of this problem, so when I explained, they first went all through my computer, top to bottom. Even though said problems remained, after 2 1/2 hrs this old 2005 Dell works sharper and faster than at any other time in its life. But, at the end, when said problem was not fixed, she took a meeting with her supervisor who then informed her that they were becoming aware of the extent of the problem and putting someone on it right away. One mental note I took from this, is that Microsoft does not monitor the community self help forum... we cannot be heard from there. But we can through a paid service contract, which is not as bad as it sounds. They take great care of me and do whatever it takes for as long as it takes.... for a year. I wanted to pass that along too.

Waiting for MS. The problem, I believe, arrived with updates. They are now aware and working on it I am told.
