error code 0xc03f300d

I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I have the same problem. It started 2 days ago when 3 apps that were active stopped working. They were MS news, sports and money. I uninstalled news and couldn't get it back and then I got the same error message for all apps. Error code 0xc03f300d comes up for them all. I have run out of things to try. Where is Microsoft again?

Where is Microsoft? I am starting to believe they are actually "everywhere" and "nowhere". Lol. But, a full service, service plan can be obtained and serviced at 800-642-7676. It has previously cost me $149 per year. Believe me, with my lack of knowlege, combined with this aging and forgetful brain, I have really gotten my moneys worth. They stick with you on every occasion, doing whatever it takes to resolve whatever the problem may be.

Yes, I too am a bit happier that I'm not alone.  Same day as everyone else, same error code.  I was actually playing a game when it happened.  Loss of functioning, so I closed the game... only to find I couldn't get back in.

I tried everything... even opened a new microsoft account to see if that was somehow the problem.  Nope, no difference.    Talked to a volunteer online person with xbox.  whoever/whatever it was didn't ask any questions, the few words I got back sounded like an automatic reply.  I finally asked if I was talking to a bot or a real person.  They/It answered 'What do you think?"  Then it said I could contact microsoft billing department through their website.  I thought to myself "BILLING dept? wtf"   :-)  Obviously our mutual problem has nothing to do with "billing".  I didn't argue though, just thanked them/it and left.

So, like everyone else, I'm just waiting and hoping.

So, this is not just one game, but MS have some bigger problem with logging into Xbox Live account in games.

Games app - can not sign in

Microsoft Bingo - game told me, please reinstall me, but after uninstall, the game can not be installed due to an error 0xc03f300d

Microsoft Jackpot - can not sign in

Microsoft Treasure Hunt - there is an question to install a free OEMFreePurchase, but it can not be installed

Overkill 3 - can not sign in to Xbox Live

Asphalt 8 Airborne - can not sign in to Xbox Live

So Microsoft, where is the problem? And please don't tell me, that problem is in my device, becouse there is a lot of people with the same symptoms. I have Win8.1 64bit.
