This is what I get when I run the diagnostic tool. According to standard Win32 error codes, that one specifies that "The operation was canceled by the user."

As for the extend... out-of-the-box-experience (OOBE) error which specifies "SP_EXECUTION_OP_BEGIN_FIRST_BOOT" even though my rollback happens after the second reboot...

Really, I am the person who uses this computer most often, so I probably will stick with my account.

Now I run the SetupDiag tool because I get the same error yet again... will update this post once I get results.

UPDATE 1: Is it supposed to take long on "processing rule: FindDownlevelFailure." or is that actually the end of the process?

UPDATE 2: Seeing as the program is actually using system resources, it might actually be doing something...

I can't recall any thread saying a specific account had to be logged in for an upgrade. I think you're OK on yours. But I guess I'd probably choose the one that is logged in the most.
