As a FYI on this last Q, I found searching on "UHD" was more effective than "4k" as the latter returned a lot of HD results where they had "mastered in 4k" in description. 

To the answers about using "**restoring purchases will get the unmapped version removed",**that won't work to address any issue with titles synced from MA because you didn't buy it form MSFT so you don't have the title in your msft purchases so there isn't anything to restore. 

Regarding viewing your collection on 'purchased video', I was able to see where to export it within the Movies and TV settings section however it results in a web page full of unusable data.  Seems as though it is CSV but I wasn't able to get it to work from a text file or directly within excel.  

Not a huge deal (to me) but certainly a possible smaller barrier to getting heavier purchasers from using msft as default since you have to go to multiple places to get a full list of owned titles.  Certainly bigger issues like the fact that the system doesn't currently let you buy a higher resolution version of a title you own and navigation/filters and transport controls for movies and TV are comparatively extremely lacking (can't filter on movie release year, mpaa ratings, genre, etc), but all the little barriers vs other providers make it less likely folks will default to MSFT's store.

Those titles were also remapped yesterday. 

 -Just to validate, should everyone that has the same UHD mapping issue of Batman and the Harry Potters expect it to be resolved now, once it finishes syncing throughout the systems?  Another person just checked and didn't yet see the correction. 

Yes, if they're not seeing the correct mapping, they should restore their purchases from within the settings menu of the app.

-Is there another forum or email with the express purpose of get mapping, missing, version etc issues addressed or is Answers the place folks need to report them?

Not that I'm aware of, this is probably the best/quickest way at the moment.

-Should we expect that in 100% of the cases, if we have UHD in MA and MSFT has the UHD version for sale that we should see it in our collection as such and if they don't we will see the HD?

I can't say with 100% certainty that that is true in every case, but my understanding is that yes, if we have the UHD available, and the customer has UHD in MA they'll receive it through MSFT.

-Should folks only expect to see one copy of the movie?  Folks are reporting in some cases getting a "HD + Bonus" and a UHD version.

Yes, they should be seeing one copy, it's possible that the title was remapped and the extra version is still appearing in their collection.  If that's the case, restoring purchases will get the unmapped version removed.

-Is there any way to view just UHD titles either for sale and or owned? Any way to view or export a users owned movie list (ideally w/resolution info)? 

If you go into the Store app, you can search for 4K, then change the department filter to Movies, itshould give you all the titles available in UHD.  Conversely, if you open the Store app, go to the Movies & TV tab, scroll all the way down you'll see Featured Collections, click on the Movies in 4K UHD.

You can export your purchased video info from the settings menu of the Movies & TV app.

And on a related note: Any idea if we will hopefully see the awful "movie + bonus" versions (of any resolution) go away and be replaced with the much nicer movie and separate, individual extras?

I have no information regarding that.

Wow, sure enough I now see it reflected in my app. Thanks for the quick correct!  Don't think I've ever seen an product related issue be resolved via "answers" and I've never seen one resolved so quickly, even when reported on internal DL's when I was a blue badge.  You vastly exceeded our expectations today!

Here are the other titles that folks have reported as having UHD on MA and UHD available on MSFT but being mapped to "HD + Bonus":

As a FYI, as you seem connected, concerned and capable on subject of MSFT & MA, you may want to check out the primary list of UHD & provider list folks are trying to maintain at http://www.4ksheet.com. Given the newness, numerous issues being reported and relative opaqueness of the list of MSFT's movies, they are more than a bit frustrated with the Microsoft column.   Would be great if you or other interested team members would check it out and ideally assist as appropriate with the google+ community's moderators. This is the go-to list for tons of AV and digital movie communities.  Involvement with the community there could reduce support requests and would certain improve this UHD aspect of MA integration customer sat.

The mapping for the original list of titles has been updated on our end to point to the version with UHD files, but will take several hours to work it's way through the system.

For the remaining titles in your second list, we haven't received UHD files for those yet.  I don't have any information on if/when those will be delivered.  However, if/when we do get the UHD files, you'll gain access to those since you've already purchased that resolution elsewhere.

Below is the full list of the few UHD titles I have on MA that aren't mapped to UHD in the Movies & TV app.   23 of the 48 I have didn't map to UHD.

There could be a lot of other mapping issues in my collection, like to the wrong titles or missing titles, on the HD versions. But I have about 600 movies in MA and I can't export my MSFT list so I don't have a reasonable way to check those.  Given I only have a handful of UHD titles I was able to manually go through them.
