Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    The bad thing is I am the adult and have given my adult account wide open permissions and still get this.

    Also experience this problem, I am admin and I have setup my daughter with a child account. Have also just rebuilt the machine to move to a new HDD so it is completely clean, up to date W10 1809 (17763.195) with very little else installed outside the default OS (steam and spotify are actually the only things installed).

    Obviously the MS family setup isn't working properly - doesn't seem to have any negative impact I can notice apart from the annoying message.

    Also suggest people check the feedback hub, there are quite a few reports of the same issue and not that many upvotes. MS have said they are looking into it on there but that was three months ago - Feddback hub and upvotes are the best way of getting MS to fix things.

    Same issue - agree with ChrisFielding1 upvote this on the Feedback Hub (click on Start and type "feedback").

    You can search for existing feedback (click the little speech bubble icon in the side bar) and upvote.

    There is some feedback that already has some official response so I suggest you upvote that one:

    "Delete...C:\Windows\System32\AppLocker"  -  I deleted the files and Viola!  I was unable to use any FTP software with "Drag n drop" operations until I cleared this.  THANK YOU!!!

    Be sure to boot in safe mode.  Ask Cortana!

    This worked for me. Forgot to boot in safe mode but deleting the files and rebooting still worked!

    I have identical issue if it means anything.  Just within the last week or so and Andre for Directly's fix is temporary.
