Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    A solution that worked for me was logging into the children's accounts and verifying their device as a trusted device with their Microsoft account for them.

    Long since did that. No effect.

    I can't understand why this is still an issue that Microsoft haven't addressed.

    Tried everything published in different forums, no solution. I will just learn to live with this error like many others do - and dont waste more time on this.

    I, too, have had this error for many months.  Very annoying.  I have five accounts on my PC.  One adult tied to MS, one local account, and three accounts for my kids.  I tried several fixes, like making my account local again, rebooting, re-activating the MS account, but nothing has worked.    Pretty bad MS still haven't fixed this (oh, and I'm on windowws 10 1809 and am stuck with the bugs in that, too, at the moment!)

    Exact same error on 2 Windows 10 Laptops. One is brand new Lenovo Legion that I just opened up yesterday. For a day it was just my Admin account, then added 2 Child accounts which were also on the other Windows 10 Dell laptop, and then this morning after a reboot this message popped up.

    It used to come on the other Laptop as well at random times.
