Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    My kid used the local administrator account and he just wanted to play some games so, he logged in to the Xbox live account and now the original account is still local but with his account logged in. no way to remove it. and your original problem with Microsoft family error I have it on all accounts in this computer.

    I have had this problem for a few months now across multiple PC's.  I can't believe that Microsoft hasn't issued a fix yet.

    I had to delete that local account with Microsoft account loged in only on store and xbox live. 

    The error still on until i verify my child account with a security code linked with an email 

    And is back on after restart.

    Having the same notification on (1) of (3) W10 PC's.  

    It does happen to be the only PC that is setup with a child account's login.

    After several months of agony, I gave up and accepted the fact of getting the error every reboot. What strikes me is that Microsoft seems to ignore this problem, as I have not found a working answer yet.
