Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    Since none of the Microsoft staff members could provide a substantiated solution for this issue, which is a bit of a joke, I would like to share what worked for me:

    1. Reboot Windows in safe mode.
    2. Open this location in Explorer: C:\Windows\System32\AppLocker (possibly replace C: with the drive that has your Windows installed on it).
    3. Delete the contents of the 'AppLocker' folder.
    4. Reboot to get out of safe mode.

    The message asking for permission to use Windows Shell Experience should not appear anymore.

    Now, even though this worked for me, I am still not 100% sure about the implications of performing the above steps. Does this have any negative 'side effects' (possibly even be a security risk)?

    Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks for offering a solution since Microsoft has been mia. I tried this solution earlier and it seemed to work temporarly (for about 1 week).  Then it came back as before.

    This has not worked for me either.

    This looks like a much deeper issue that Microsoft need to resolve and not leave the users to do temporary repairs.

    Also having this problem on two Windows 10 machines, other one was just upgraded to the latest 1809 release. Been popping up for months from time to time. Windows family in use with two adult admins and two childer, both admins getting this error.
