Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    It hasn't for me and my son now sees it on his Laptop (with a none preview release).  We've sort of got used to it over the months.

    I'm using 19h1_release 18356 and a reboot popped it up yet again.  So no there has been no fix for this.  You may just be lucky or happened to do something that unbeknown to use actually fixed it.

    I joined the Windows early release program for Windows 10 Pro.  The issue has gone away. They fixed something, and it looks to be in a future release. I have no idea how far out that fix is for mainstream users (i.e. I have no idea how far in the future I am with regards to Windows 10 Pro at this point!)

    Cookie cutter replies to say run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image is not the way to help.

    I see this as a resolution so many times, followed by the OP saying it didn't work.
