Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.

I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.

So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).

Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

    I have had the same problem for at least 6 months.  This is nuts that Microsoft has let this linger for so long.

    I warn you, warn in strongest terms known to man:

    DO NOT TRY ANY CRYPTIC REGEDIT/SCRIPTS/ADMIN POLICY TWEAKS.

    If you do, your system will be skewed in a dodgy annoying way, and no one, NO ONE will ever understand how the fork got amongst spoons for knaves' sakes.

    I know Microsoft can't complain, the publicity and the sentiment is so much in support of the Lonely Giant these days.

    For my situation, it was the Twitter UWP app.

    Still don't understand why I, as the family group admin, am getting that notification, but at least I know where to look now.
