Dont quite understand the solution. Is this for the Family Safety dialog box error permanent clearing ? You also mention inability to use FTP, Safe mood booting, Ask Cortana.

Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.
I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.
So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).
Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

When my son turns on his computer, MY computer turns on as well. Oddly enough, this only began happening once he began getting that pop-up " Ask for permission - ". I mean, yeah, I can turn off my 'wake on lan' option, but my concern is the fact it is even happening this way to begin with!

2018-11-11T14:54:16+00:00 I only started seeing this error as I finally decided to give my kids access to my desktop. After enabling their child accounts in settings and letting them logon, I have seen this error after restart. It never showed up until they were given access in the store settings app. I don't see this error on machines that there is only adult accounts on. It's obviously linked to that scenario and it's obviously something that needs to be patched on a global level by MS.

2018-11-09T22:47:23+00:00 Just wanted to add my name to the list of people encountering the error. It began as soon as I added my son's account to my laptop so I could set up his Xbox for him. Definitely seems to be some link with Windows Family and Xbox.
