Today i noticed that only on my account i get the error. My wife's ok and my son also ok. I tried to change UAC settings but nothing. The solution is to keep the laptop on sleep.

Everytime I boot my PC, I will be greeted with below message.
I notice that the process is suspended in task manager as well.
So far, I do not see any problem with anything I am doing on this PC but I want to get rid the error (and possibly fix whatever problem is happening in the background).
Some info if it helps, there are only 2 users on this PC, 1 administrator and child user (controlled by Microsoft Family feature). I am the administrator.

2018-11-09T12:52:03+00:00 Exact same error on 2 Windows 10 Laptops. One is brand new Lenovo Legion that I just opened up yesterday. For a day it was just my Admin account, then added 2 Child accounts which were also on the other Windows 10 Dell laptop, and then this morning after a reboot this message popped up.
It used to come on the other Laptop as well at random times.

I can't understand why this is still an issue that Microsoft haven't addressed.

It does happen to be the only PC that is setup with a child account's login.
