    Heya!

At the bottom right - right click the sound icon and click playback devices > Go to the sound window > look for Dolby Atmos and make sure it is properly installed

Is it located there and everything look correct? Let me know

If it is not in the list go to Device manager > sound, video, and game controllers > Dolby atmos > right click and click uninstall > remove the dolby device from your PC and restart

I opened sound as u suggested first but when selecting Dolby Atmos in spatial sound option it goes back to none, even if i try to click on Windows Sonic for headphones it goes back to off.

and i cant find Dolby Atmos in Device manager > sound, video, and game controllers >, so what to do?

    Please Help

    Hello:

My soundbar is connected with HDMI from pc to screen.   soundbar is retrieved to intel display audio.   I see dolby atmos for hometheater under advanced in sounds,  spatial sound have dolby atmos for hometheater .    When i click on dolby atmos for hometheater under advenced tab, it does not stary,  when i click on dolby atmos for hometheater in spatial sounds it end up  'something wrong while try to turn spatial sounds'.

I noticed click on windows sonic for headphone and dolby atmos for headphone.  it stay, no error message.

I don't see Dolby Atmos in Device manager > sound, video, and game controllers >,.      I dont see the name of my soundbar or dolby atmos in sounds.  The HDMI connected on PC does to soundbar, then soundbar connected to HDMI screen.

I also found tried to install desktop dolby atmos from a developer website.  Now device manager sound and video and game controller shows only have 2 items, dolby atmos and intel display audio.    Now I see speaker, headphone, digital audio SPDF, have dolbay atmos under in.  I do not have speake so cannot see how it work.

    any suggestions?

No, Microsoft and Dolby both refuse to help other than offer useless generic advice.
