I don't know the exact reason behind that driver's behavior, but I just tried 399.24 because I wanted previous version, before RTX release.

It's my HTPC/Media Server so I bought 1050Ti it's more than enough for any 4K video.

As for your case, try to rollback to a previous driver version (for RTX2080). Just make clean install of it, maybe with the help of DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html). After that just uninstall/install Dolby access (with reboot in-between).

Unfortunately not. I'm running a Intel NUC and having the same problem. Worked for a day, then stopped. If I was paying attention when learning Predicate Logic in the nineties it got to be a Windows problem then.

    Microsoft are you listening?

(reminds me of becoming an atheist at age 6 when I knew no one was listening to my prayers…)

Same problem as everyone else, tried everything. First installed Dolby access worked perfect for ATMOS provided content, couldnt play youtube or even mp3's. Sound wouldnt output those formats, only atmos friendly content would play through the reciever. Suddenly, kabaam, switched to 7.1 cant get the atmos to start for home theatre anymore. literally a day or 2 into it, stopped. I will keep tinkering with it, i think it may be a setting in the reciever , you have to hard wire to TRUE HD sound, because i saw it switch to that by itself, so maybe atmos now is waiting for a signal it can actually send to a device that is legit for it. possible maybe?

    Hi AbhinandanGhosh,

How is your Dolby Atmos connected to your computer? If it's connected via HDMI, then please follow these steps to properly configure spatial sound for your home theater:

    1. On the bottom right-hand corner, right-click the speaker icon and select Playback devices.
    2. Select your speaker on the list and then click Properties.
    3. Click the Spatial sound tab, then select the Dolby Atmos for headphones from the drop-down options.
    4. If you don't have the Dolby Access app yet, the Windows Store will open automatically to download the app.
    5. Once the app is installed, click the With my home theater option, then click Continue.
    6. Open the Sound settings again by performing Step 1.
    7. Under Playback, select your Dolby Atmos speaker, and set it as your default device.
    8. On the Dolby Access app, click Configure PC settings, then click the Spatial sound tab.
    9. Under the Spatial sound format, select the Dolby Atmos for home theater option, click Apply, then OK.

Once done, try to check if it's working, and then kindly update this thread with the result so I'll be able to assist you further if needed.

    Regards.
