No that is not the solution here. were are discussing about 'dolby atmos for home theater', not 'dolbay atmots for heardphone'. I can confirm when i click on 'dolby atmos for headphone' it stay and can out put sound, by i'm running a soundbar not headphone.
I do not have AV receiver and my soundbar is connected to HDMI to my screen. My soundbar does not list in playback, but goes to intel display audio. I spend months talk microsoft but still end up not solve this issue.
The HDMI from soundbar to screen both end, output only 2 channels. Most TV are 2 channel on HDMI, without a receiver. Also intel display can only output 2 channels.
when I click on 'dolby atmos for home theater' it does not stay, automaticailly to back to 16 bit . same for spatial sounds.
any suggestions ???
