something went wrong while trying to turn on spatial sound

Please help,

i have Asus ROG GL-553VW and OS build - 17134.165 and i bought Dolby atoms but it's not working. I tried to update my drivers still no effect.

Please help

    i have  nvidia

    and there is no problem with mine everything works

    if anyone  have nvidia just follow my turorial and see if it helps

    1.go to sounds--playback--select your avr--properties--Enhancements--disable all--advanced--it will be in 16bit dvd quality change it to 24bit 1920000hz studio quality and ---untick both options in exclusive mode --apply--

    goto enhancements ---channel phantoming will now be available ----disable all enhancement--apply

    goto--advanced ---select dolby atmos for home theater in dropdown ---Exclusive mode both box tick ---apply 

    dolby atmos for home theater will be back.

    Had a problem a while back.  Update to latest version of windows 10  OS.  Also, try deleting the AMD driver and install the Microsoft windows default audio driver.  That worked for me, but I am using an NVIDIA GPU, 2080.

    Hi annapl2624,

    If you have an AMD graphics card, then try reverting to an older AMD High Definition Audio Driver.

    The only only one that seems to be working for me is in the enclosed attached jpg below.

    I got mine from the asrock website:

    http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/AMD/AllIn1/AllIn1(v19.10.16\_19H1\_WHQL).zip
