Even in Windows 7 I never had such an issue!
It is a shame of a mulit billion $ company that they don't fix that bug within one year.
I will write some article about this in a newspaper, so people can see what M$ is (not) doing...
It's a shame but no shame. Probably only way to pressure them is to bring this topic to the public. This is a such a basic feature...
One year passed and we are counting. I am planning to go to 1903 but with the history, I am not confident that it will solve this issue 100%
