Lousy Feedback Hub search engine !!! I cannot find your post, neither searching for "project my screen " nor with "projectmyscreen"...
I wanted to find yours to upvote for it.

I use my 950XL extensively for demos of my company's software because it's much better display than my iPhone and doesn't need additional apps to do it.
I updated my Win10 desktop today to 1803 and also my phone updated to .104 and the app no longer works.
When I open the app I get the message on the phone to ask if I want to share and I agree. The display on the desktop is black, but I can actually start applications on the phone by clicking inside the black window, so there obviously is a connection, just no display.
I was working perfectly, but not now.
As a workaround, is it possible to use continuum? I'm sure there used to be an option to display the phone's screen rather than a full desktop to the connected display but that appears to be no longer available
Thanks,
Chris

Lousy indeed -- I searched six different ways and, finally, found one titled "Project My Screen isn't displaying any output" with the link back to this thread and upvoted it.

Sounds like you found my comment on an Insider's Hub report.
If you want to find Aurelio's you need to switch to a non-Insider's account and then open the Feedback hub (or retry following a link that you were informed you weren't allowed to look at).
Looks like that will be this

Funny....
This guy here, https://github.com/amamiya/WinPhoneProjection , 4 years ago reverse engineered the original MS app, same level as the present one ( 8.15.12349 ), adding picture and video capture. ( good idea..).
It does not work either with my 1803 Win 10 with my Lumia 640xl, but at least something appears on the PC window, and some movement can be seen as live tiles change on the phone. Most probably there is a problem on screen resolution(s).
Two files are needed : the .exe and the .dll, in the same folder. No installation is required.
They can be downloaded from https://github.com/amamiya/WinPhoneProjection/tree/master/bin/x86
Does anybody out there want to try it as well , possibly using a phone running Win 8.1 ?

Did you try using the keyboard commands too? E.g. B, F and R are off and orientation is Portrait? What about the Landscape controls? Can you change the display with them? FWIW I have never seen the app in Landscape but I have never had a session with it either.
