Using the Memory | % Committed Bytes in Use counter in Performance Monitor might be a better way to check for possible memory leaks. See

The Pool Nonpaged and Paged bytes, mentioned on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/determining-whether-a-leak-exists, don't tell me anything. They both appear permanently at 100%. Is that even normal?
Using Chrome normally, pretty much alone, I can see a fairly steady rise. Could be, like, 1% every half hour. Yesterday it seemed to plateau after about four hours tho.. With Chrome open, but left idle, I can see a rise of the same amount over about ten
hours. But, actually, the System left idle with virtually no apps running at all could account for that. Commited bytes, in that case, rose by about 0.5% in four hours. There was some Pagefile activity at the same time too, which I don't understand.
On another note:
After three days of very little trouble at all, yesterday I had a couple of bad freezes affecting several apps at once. That was also following another Windows update (KB4284835), installed the day before. So, I still have my suspicions about updates causing
some issues.
