Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error

please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location

Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall

  • should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later.

Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore.

I hope I posted this in the right category

Thanks so much any help will be greatly appreciated

Michelle

Agreed! It needs to be open source since they are no longer supporting or trying to profit from the application. The next alternative will be hacking. Thanks

Maybe we should all email brainfm daily until they do the right thing. The guy who owned transparent is now running that operation. Adam or andy was his name. Spoke to him by phone a few times over the years and he seemed so nice. I cant believe the forum amd community were taken down. So many great resources gone.

What should we do? I need this software to work. Lets take some action.

As of late, they (Andy the administrator of mindplacesupport.com and a member ((Associated with Transparent)) by the handle of JoeV)  have gone DARK.

I just read the latest repeated complaint about one paying customer who cant even UNINSTALL their Transparent software..

Sorry if this has already been asked.

Could I download the software from Cnet etc. and then use my old activation code to activate it?

Would they really try to hurt their customers by not allowing them to download software that they had already paid for?

It would be fantastic if there were a Microsoft programmer out there who could help us out with the coding.

I would guess that whatever the problem is must be deeply hidden in the operating system programming which would be beyond the range

    of a weekend coder.
