No response as of yet except for the confirmation of receiving the email. My understanding is that the TransparentCorp was never officially dissolved and brain.fm is operating underneath that flagship. I am not a lawyer though.
Getting the followong error when trying to launch a program...
Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error
please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location
Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall
- should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later.
Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore.
I hope I posted this in the right category
Thanks so much any help will be greatly appreciated
Michelle

2018-11-14T08:10:34+00:00 I found my original receipt for NP2 pro that I bought in 2009- I later bought NP3 ultimate but cannot find that receipt in my email. What do you mean by warranty info? Would that be on the receipt or on the actual cd jackets? I bought the Wild Divine game software too and basically the same thing happened. They just stopped supporting it and it won't run. That was almost a $1000 loss including all the hardware. Have the transparent developers responded yet? Any indication they are going to get this handled?

2018-11-12T06:14:22+00:00 Hi I am the OP on this thread. There is someone in this group that is currently corresponding with the people behind transparent hoping to negotiate a solution. I think he gave them until the end of the year to come up with something. I only have about 1/3 of the cash you have into the software but I almost upgraded my software, bought the commercial license and an epoch headset just a few months before they shut down and I am so glad I didn't. I also have the audiostrobe glasses and the Sirius machine which was another couple hundred and a lightstone biofeedback device which are all pretty much useless without the software. We are all on here because we just want to be able to use what we paid for. If we had some assurance of continued access I would still consider upgrading my software and license package. Hopefully they will do the right thing. I have been researching class action attorneys but I really hope we don't have to go that route.
