Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later. Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore. Never heard of it. I think the odds are good that we will see a beneficial result where they open source the software and crack the authorization. Otherwise, like I said, before lawsuit I think would be the BBB. I have screenshots of everything. I'll post the email here now

I was thinking like you and had a solution. Purchase an old computer with Windows 7 installed. The virtual programs did not seem to work as well. I found one off Ebay for under $60, and found the Cnet down load. However, they shut down the website so our activation codes cannot be used!!! How dirty is that? Class action lawsuit must occur if they don't bring back the ability to activate our programs or open the program as open source so others can experiment with it. In the meantime, I purchased SHARM and their price is down to $109 for the studio. This is a reduction from the normal price of $199. Thanks.

Thanks for the action on your part and I think this is the best response. I would be very interested in a class action suit. I purchased an older model computer off line with Windows 7 just to run the program, but they had already taken down the website, and I could not activate the program. I am left with only being able to install a 15 day trial period version with no way to activate the program! They need to do right by their customers and the other option to avoid the class action suit would be to make the software open source so it can be tweeked by all so that any issues can be resolved by the numerous programmers online.

I am in communication with the developers making our case for getting back access to the software or will file complaints with BBB and go from there, perhaps with a class action lawsuit for consumer fraud. I have given them until the end of December to respond and work together for a mutually agreeable solution. I will pay status updates here.

If it works for you; please share, there are many who would be so thankful. I'm desperate to get all 5 of my Purchased Software from Transparent Corp. back on line..
