Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later. Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore. I want to add my self to this thread. As of 11 July there has been no up date at https://www.transparentcorp.com/ regarding the updating of software, or at there download page. The do say that it can be used with versions of windows prior to 10. Would like to see this fixed. my checking into this it looks like they changed the key where .NETFramework is located. from what I can see it should point to here. Do not mess with this if you don't know what you are doing. I share it for reference. If the product is being discontinued could the source code not be released into the the open source market? They definitely are not replying. They might not even be reading them. The only thing that might work is rolling your windows update back to the previous version.
