Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later. Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore. What I have found to work is what most of you have read about. I made a virtual machine of windows 7 using Oracle VM VirtualBox and a windows 7 license. I did this on my windows 10 machine. The program still works in windows 7 (and 8.1 I have heard but I have not tested 8.1.) I do not know the status of what they are planning to do but with such a large customer base it would make sense if they fixed the issue that the windows 10 update caused. And yes it is not good that it does not work in windows 10. I hope this helps some of you.

No response as of yet except for the confirmation of receiving the email. My understanding is that the TransparentCorp was never officially dissolved and brain.fm is operating underneath that flagship. I am not a lawyer though.

I found my original receipt for NP2 pro that I bought in 2009- I later bought NP3 ultimate but cannot find that receipt in my email. What do you mean by warranty info? Would that be on the receipt or on the actual cd jackets? I bought the Wild Divine game software too and basically the same thing happened. They just stopped supporting it and it won't run. That was almost a $1000 loss including all the hardware. Have the transparent developers responded yet? Any indication they are going to get this handled?

I don't think they care about BBB complaints as they are no longer operating under transparent corp- they don't care about their reputation or they would never have done this in the first place
