How to Change my child's age in my family account?

I am trying to change my child's age in the family account, as it was entered incorrectly. I saw this:

I'm a parent, trying to change my child's birthdate

  1. Using the parent's Microsoft account, sign in to your Family page on the Microsoft account website.
  2. Select Manage my child's profile info.
  3. For the child’s account that you want to change, select Edit this child's personal info and then follow the instructions.

But when i go to the family page, i don't see anything that says manage my child's profile info. Am I missing something?

Hi Chummy, 

The steps you are following is correct. We'd like to know which browser are you using when accessing your Microsoft account. If you are using a specific browser only, we'd suggest clearing its cache and cookies then try to go to your account again. You may also try another browser to replicate the issue if clearing cache and cookie didn't help. You should be able to see the Manage my child's profile info under Add a family member. See the picture below for your reference:

    fsr, when clicking that, I get "adult consent required". I also see "To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings" which loops me back to the family page

    When I go into ‘Manage My Childs Profile Info’, the only thing it says is ‘To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings’, and thar just takes me back to the start. Why cant I change his age, and if I can, where can do it?

    Hi

    I somehow have set up 3 family members as "child". They are all adults and I am also struggling to change their account to adult. When I click the "Manage my child's profile info"  I am taken to a page headed "Manage permissions" with just a statement about laws in US S. Korea and EU, and a URL back to family settings.  see screenshot below.

    Any assistance pls.
