After update of my windows 10 I got problem Desktop is unavailable

This works! The Windows's desktop folder is corrupted and replacing it is the key.

My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK

Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network). 

In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible 

Access is denied. -OK

Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.

I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.  

This solution worked for me: 

Restore the Default Path

• Step 1:Launch File Explorer. Go to the C drive, click into the "Users folder" and then your username.
• Step 2:Find the "Desktop" folder, right-click it, and select "Properties".
• Step 3:Switch to the "Location tab". Click "Restore Default". Click "Apply", then "OK".
• 
• Step 4:Restart your PC and check if your problem is fixed on startup.

Solution 3. Check Desktop Location through Registry Editor

If resetting default Desktop location or changing the path of your Desktop to C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop (where your system was searching) both didn’t work, you can manually reset the path taken by the system to your Desktop folder. This is done through the Registry editor.

• Step 1:Press the "Windows + R" keys simultaneously to pull up "Run", type: regedit and press enter.
• Step 2:Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders either by clicking the folders in this order or by copy & pasting this path into the bar at the top.
• Step 3:In the "User Shell Folders" section, double-click "Desktop". Make sure under Value data that the value is either*%USERPROFILE$\Desktop* or C:\Users%USERNAME%\Desktop. Click "OK" then close the registry editor.
• 
• Step 4:Restart your system and check if the problem is fixed.

Thank you!  In order to run the media creation tool, I had to go to bring up command prompt (Win+R, then type cmd).  From there I had to navigate to C:\ESD\Windows and run setup.exe.  You post should be on the front page as the "solution."

I can't get to file manager,  everything is locked after the update
