My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK
Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network).
In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible
Access is denied. -OK
Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.
I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Open Windows File Explorer
On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'
C:\users\Default\
Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder
Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile
Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder
Restart (not shut sown) your PC
Well, they can post and moan on forums like these and get no response from Microsoft and try and follow hugely complex steps posted kindly by other users, or they can spend a little time reading up and researching the many simple and effective backup solutions that are out there and learn something in the process.
In an ideal World these things wouldn't happen, but they do. It's an imperfect World, especially when it comes to Microsoft Updates, it seems.
Can some one from Microsoft, please give us a solution. I can't open any thing, the only thing that's displaying is the Recycle Bin and that's not even opening.
Good day all with this problem
After many hours of reading and trying everything suggested on this forum and others I have eventually got there. My laptop is back to normal working again.
Thanks especially to Txhamguy and his post May26th (and the guys he got the information from) - his post and detailed instruction are what worked for me. Thanks to those also who have sent messages of encouragement especially unhappysurfer.
