After update of my windows 10 I got problem Desktop is unavailable

My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK

Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network). 

In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible 

Access is denied. -OK

Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.

I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Hi Thirut,

Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'

C:\users\Default\

Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder

Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile

Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder

Restart (not shut sown) your PC

    Adding myself to the list of 1680 people who've had this dumb problem.

    MS desperately want people to run Windows Update regularly, but then don't bother to test it properly and it wrecks thousands of machines. Is it any wonder people will end up just disabling it, leading to  malware becoming even more common?

    I've spent more time fixing stupid Windows problems in the past month, than I have in the past 3 years on any of my other machines and servers. Windows is just out of control.

    I resolved my trouble in amazingly fast and easy way !!!!

    This has fixed my problem in two pushings of the button!!!!!!!!!!

    After the Windows 10 update I got the black screen with a recycle bin

    1 I unplugged and disconnected network wire from the PC (disconnected internet).

    2 Physically pushed ON/OFF button and just shut the PC down.

    3 After it was off/out for 5 minutes, I physically pushed ON/OFF button to turn the PC on.

    4 It started and then a message appeared like "Restoring your previous windows version" or similar

    5 Amazingly it did the trick!!!!!!!!!

    I am on the running PC again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this has worked for several people-hope you can get it to work for you....

    Things you will need:

    8GB or larger blank USB stick

    a functioning Windows PC to use briefly

    about an hour or two of spare time

    Steps:

    1. Turn on the problem computer.
    2. At the blue screen, choose your language. 
    3. Choose “Use another operating system”. 
    4. Choose the second option, “Windows 10 on volume [x]” NOTE: Mine was the third option-above or below from the rollback option
    5. Wait for the computer to boot to the desktop (if necessary, enter your password to login). You may have to wait a long time for the desktop to appear, while the “update” gets ready.
    6. Once the desktop attempts to load, close any error message that appears.
    7. On a functioning Windows PC, go to www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.
    8. Click “Download tool now”. Disable any antivirus on the functional PC before proceeding to step #9.
    9. Run the tool you downloaded, and follow the simple steps to create a Windows 10 installation USB stick (on your BLANK USB drive). The only option you should check is to make sure it is a 64-bit or 32-bit version. Your computer is MOST LIKELY 64-bit, and if you install the 32-bit version when you don’t need it, you’re probably going to have a bad time.
    10. On the problem computer, right-click the taskbar, then click “Task Manager”.
    11. Click “More details” so that you can see the menu bar. [fig. 4]
    12. Click “File”.
    13. Click “Run new task”. [fig. 5]
    14. In the dialog that appears, check the box “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
    15. Click “Browse…” if you look around, you can see all your folders & files-just leave them as they are & continue the steps.
    16. Navigate to your USB drive and select “setup.exe”.
    17. Run the file and follow the steps to “upgrade” Windows. Uncheck the boxes for “check for new updates” and to “help make this version better”.
    18. Let the process run, which may take some time. Once completed, the computer should be back to normal, and fully up-to-date. You may need to re-login to your Microsoft Account.
    19. While it is not necessary to remove your third-party antivirus software, we’d recommend that you remove it anyway, given that it likely caused the issue. Windows Defender is built in to Windows 10, is free of charge, and is quite adequate for consumer-level protection

    Could you pls give extremely detailed instructions?

    firstly i went for driver updates, there were 8 pending updates including BIOS update. I updated'em all. I even updated Windows too, bcoz i found a cumulative update. ---------------- how, what did you do to escape the black screen with recycle bin? Begging you on behalf of all victims, pls give step by step instructions... please

    So many ppl are in trouble, you can save some of us ... please, please, please, please,
