After update of my windows 10 I got problem Desktop is unavailable

My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK

Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network). 

In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible 

Access is denied. -OK

Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.

I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Hi Thirut,

Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'

C:\users\Default\

Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder

Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile

Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder

Restart (not shut sown) your PC

    I created that USB "rescue" on this little laptop I'm now using. Didn't work. I tried a couple of command line items, no go.

    Linux shows no partitions at all. Looks like Recovery wiped the HD and simply squatted.

    Gone are the common sense days when companies like HP shipped their computers with Recovery Discs. In the mail today came a USB stick for reinstalling Salmonella OS. 40 frickin' dollars. Plus tax and shipping. Still waiting for the SSD drive I ordered.

    I think of all the years the Doritos encrusted Linux losers could have been sitting on top of the world because of Salmonella's crap, (spyware, not giving the user total control over "updates", not fixing what destroys mechanical drives via extreme uncontrollable usage, etc) but no, for them dwelling in the basement reigns Supreme.

    Damn right I'm mad. This goes way beyond a so-called "class action suit".

    Maybe I can explain my solution better....

    • Create a Windows 10 USB using the Media Creation tool on another computer
    • Insert this into the computer having this issue
    • Open a Command Prompt (Win+R opens Run dialog, type cmd.exe)
    • Navigate to the USB drive (mine was E:)
    • Run (type) setup.exe
    • Select install Windows (this will perform an "in-place" upgrade)
    • Make sure "Keep personal files and apps" is selected
    • Let it do its thing, when finished you should be fine

    Took less than 30 minutes once I figured this out.  Good luck!

    Same problem i also facing since yesterday...aftet undating, my system is not working where it is showing the same message as you... windows 10 is not good. Dont know what to do next, how to fix this problem, i had some important work and now, i couldn't able to do anything. Morethan 12 hours i already wasted in trying to solve and start my system. If you have any solution regarding this, kindly let me know. I will be highly appreciated.
