My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK
Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network).
In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible
Access is denied. -OK
Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.
I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Open Windows File Explorer
On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'
C:\users\Default\
Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder
Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile
Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder
Restart (not shut sown) your PC

You obviously haven't read this whole thread, or you'd have seen my reference to the CEO loser Nadella and his astoundingly stupid quote about how he wants us to "love" Windows. You also missed the part about MS being more than spyware, since they've destroyed some hard drives. And you missed the point where this goes far beyond a class action suit.

EDIT: by the way if I"m totally incorrect I certainly apologize. However after a couple hours still cannot find anything concerning any info concerning a company named Salmonella, Inc [let alone anything related to computer stuff] so I believe this is TOTAL BS! :) have a nice day.
It just so happens that I've backed up everything on three portable HD's the day before, since the second time Salmonella spun the hard drive for hours on end, so I got really concerned.
I learned with '98 that reinstalling Winduhs while "keeping your files intact" was a house of cards. In other words, the Registry was hosed. Certain user installed programs worked, others didn't, some worked only partly. So I believe in backups. Can't understand how some don't.
Hang in there, and again, thanks for your time. If only Salmonella Inc. was as helpful as you've offered to be.
Normally I create a full backup before any major functions, but was super tired and forgot this time. If I'd spent less than an hour I would have saved half a days time.
