My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK
Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network).
In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible
Access is denied. -OK
Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.
I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Open Windows File Explorer
On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'
C:\users\Default\
Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder
Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile
Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder
Restart (not shut sown) your PC

But it was not right after an microsoft update, it was after a random system crash by virtualization overload I guess
Ive shutted the PC down and waited a bit. Turn it on again and same problem. Then Ive done it again through the notebook button, and didn't get any message what so ever and the desktop seems fine. First thing I did was start reading about it and got to
this thread. Not sure my pc is working fine yet. Should I be concerned about it happening again? Should I take any precautions aside saving my files?
I finally solved this problem with an update tool from my PC manufacturer (I really should have contacted them sooner). No guarantee at all that their fix will work on any other PCs, and I have no idea what it does (could be registry edit, driver update, etc?). Adding myself to the list of 1680 people who've had this dumb problem.
MS desperately want people to run Windows Update regularly, but then don't bother to test it properly and it wrecks thousands of machines. Is it any wonder people will end up just disabling it, leading to malware becoming even more common?
I've spent more time fixing stupid Windows problems in the past month, than I have in the past 3 years on any of my other machines and servers. Windows is just out of control.

I resolved my trouble in amazingly fast and easy way !!!!
This has fixed my problem in two pushings of the button!!!!!!!!!!
After the Windows 10 update I got the black screen with a recycle bin
1 I unplugged and disconnected network wire from the PC (disconnected internet).
2 Physically pushed ON/OFF button and just shut the PC down.
3 After it was off/out for 5 minutes, I physically pushed ON/OFF button to turn the PC on.
4 It started and then a message appeared like "Restoring your previous windows version" or similar
5 Amazingly it did the trick!!!!!!!!!
I am on the running PC again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
