After update of my windows 10 I got problem Desktop is unavailable

My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK

Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network). 

In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible 

Access is denied. -OK

Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.

I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Hi Thirut,

Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'

C:\users\Default\

Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder

Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile

Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder

Restart (not shut sown) your PC

    Solution for me, was: 

    Unninstall anti-virus (AVG for me) via USB

    than

    Install Windows Update April 2018 again, also via USB

    That's all ! Thanks's for recommend.

    3 week old laptop now dead, 'desktop is unavailable', rollback not working, previous image not working and as far as I can tell silence from Microsoft. Poor, very very poor. I can only afford to give it another 3 days then the microsoft machine is back to the shop and Mr Apple gets a new customer.

    I too have had this problem for some days now.

    I have tried to resolve it using suggestions made in various forums – to no avail.  Mostly the solutions require access to at least the Start button or the internet or even Command prompt with admin privilege.

    None of these work

    Like others I rely on my computer for my business which is suffering as a result of this problem.  I have spent the best part this whole week trying to resolve the issues.

    I trust that a fix will be made available very soon. 

    If so, Microsoft, please keep in mind that for the effected PCs there is no internet connection and  any additional computer available is likely to be an old one (as in my case working on Vista) with limited facilities

    How will we be informed that such a fix is available?  Is there a place to register for notification?

    Along with others I await eagerly for positive developments
