My PC is working really normal before update. After I update my windows 10 the system show this message.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted. - OK
Then I click ok after that I only see recycle bin and task bar, which can not do anything background is black, so I restart by using ctrl+alt+delete and run safe mode(safe mode with network).
In safe mode it has no This PC it just has recycle bin and some program and I can't open any file location of any program after that I turn off my pc for 30 sec then open it the result is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible
Access is denied. -OK
Only recycle bin and task bar and black background again.
I have no idea to fix this problem any more. Please I really need some help. THANK YOU. My English is not professional I hope you understand my message.

Open Windows File Explorer
On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'
C:\users\Default\
Right click and copy the Desktop folder contained in the Default Folder
Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile
Right click and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder
Restart (not shut sown) your PC

There is a solution (I found it on Reddit) and it isn't too difficult. You can fix it at home and it will save all your data/photos/etc. It requires a flash drive, access to a second computer where you can setup the flash drive, and about 1-2 hours of time.
I ran the update from the flash drive the first time, but it didn't seem to change anything. So I opened up Task Manager and used it to run "F:\setup.exe" (the flash drive registered as the F: drive) again. I also made sure that I checked the box to run the command as an administrator.
I had the same problem last week! I had to bring my laptop to a shop to recover it and I payed 75euro!!
