How I created the drive in RUFUS:
Partitions on SSD (disk 1) (out of the picture in the legenda it says GPT/Primary as blue. So I think the first 3 partitions are GPT. The disk itself is Basic MBR:

I bought my PC years ago with only a HDD. I added a SSD myself afterwards. When I booted my PC after a hard shutdown/electricity fallout I had only my HDD in BIOS. I then boot from HDD, get an error and let the PC reboot. After a few times the SSD would be recognized in BIOS and I could change the SSD to default.
I got tired of this proccess a few days ago and found a tip to disable the hdd-partition with diskpart. The first time I had a hardreset again (mouse and keyboard froze and pc didn't shutdown with a single press on startbutton), I couldn't do the HDD boot-trick and tried changing the cables from hdd to ssd (ssd in sata1). This didn't help. In diskpart I made the SSD partition active. I now can see the SSD in BIOS, but booting gives an error "An operating system wasn't found.". When I retry diskpart, the partition could be made active again. It seems like this resets..
Bootrec.exe /FixMbr was successful
Bootrec.exe /FixBoot gives no access error (there could be some parts left of a dual boot setup)
chkdsk gives no problems found

Did you go into the BIOS and set the USB as the first boot device?
Sure, otherwise I couldn't boot from it because I then get an error from the SSD when trying to boot from SSD.

Your machine is definitely not UEFI... It clearly states that the drive is "Basic\MBR"... It is already set to "Active" and identified as Boot...
The thing to do now is to create a installation Flash Drive specifically for Legacy Bios... This picture is for Win 7, but the settings are what you want... Just the ISO name is different...
Then just boot with the flash drive normally... Don't bother to mess with the boot options stuff... It should be recognized properly...
It would be best to leave the HDD unhooked for now...
Don't mess with the Fix MBR and Boot.ini stuff... Windows 10 does not use the Boot.ini... That is leftover from XP...
Messing with the Rebuild MBR is dangerous... One little mistake and you are out of luck...

After booting the drive I first tried startup repair, not working.
FIXMBR does work (as allways), FIXBOOT not, REBUILDBCD did work.
After that I runned startup repair again, not working but created a logfile.
I openend the logfile from the SSD using Lubuntu. It gives C:\Windows as Windows-map and runned tests:
