Top of the window gets cut off

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:

How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.

Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

    But if it's FullHD on laptop and on external screens, you can't change it. 1803 have this problem, and upgrading it to 1809 not solve problem. Temporary fix is pull out HDMI cable or change "Scale and layout" from 100% to 125% and back to 100%

    I have been having the same problem for months.  I thought the only fix (temporary) was to restart.  Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B did not work for me as all it did was reset the laptop screen, but did not do anything to my two external Dell monitors that are running off of a StarTech monitor/video splitter and connected to my laptop via USB 3.0.  However, I was able to quickly fix the issue (I am sure temporarily again) by right clicking the desktop, selecting Display Settings, then changing the orientation from Landscape to Portrait, accepting that change, then changing the orientation back to Landscape and accepting that change.  At least that approach doesn't require me to restart.  I am using Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.17134 OS Build 17134.706 version 1803.

    Same Problem here. My issue with the window being cut of at top was introduced either during Windows 10 Update or NVIDIA driver update. I am running current versions for both (OS and Graphics).

    I am using 3 screens, resolution was never an issue.

    I am using WIN Version 1803 BUILD 17134.648. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (Driver version 419.17). 

    I used the above suggested key-combo to reset my graphics card and now its working. Thanks again to Bhavik for giving us a temporary fix. 

    Should be addressed by NVIDIA and / or Microsoft for long term fix (if not allready done).

    I swapped resolutions back and forth between this and it seems to have refreshed things enough to fix my issue.
