Top of the window gets cut off

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:

How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.

Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

The temp fix works for me BUT since this is from sep 2018 and we are soon to be in sep 20021 I would expect that it to be fixed.
When are you going to fix this issue since I still have it?

EDIT: Sorry I though it was a Microsoft Employee who had provided the temp fix as comment :)

Thank you very much. I was pressing F11 (hides the tabs/toolbar on browser) twice as quick fix for my browser, but didn't have a solution for other programs. This worked like a charm!

This is still the only band aid fix available for this issue.

Here we are Dec 2021 - years later and the same issue.

No worries, I have finally convinced my office to move to chrome OS computers only.

We are an investment company and the accounting software we use is cloud based. That conversion is done and now we can switch out all these horrible MS machines.

So sick of MS and their buggy **** software.

Like Ford of the tech world.
