I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.
Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:
How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

I've recently just seen a post on another website detailing a resolution:
Right click the desktop
Open Intel HD Graphics
Go to Display
Go to Scale Full Screen
Make sure Override Application Settings is checked
I've been doing the Win + Ctrl + Shift + B trick to temporarily resolve the issue and I've not yet tested the resolution I've listed, just sharing it so it's out there!

So, out of my 140 machine estate, 20 were having the issue and all of them were resolved permanently after performing the above steps.
It appears to be an Intel HD Graphics issue. The rest of my estate are a mixed bag of having this Override Application Settings box ticked or not, so the checkbox itself must not be the cause of the issue, but it's certainly working for me as a permanent solution!
