A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B
I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.
Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:
How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

Thank you Thank for that. It actually fixed my issue. Not sure why this is occurring. I have a client that this is happen to as well. At least there is a work around other than having to reset my computer every time.
Microsoft: please fix this issue!!!

2018-09-11T05:34:18+00:00 Go to display settings, change the orientation of your display from landscape to portrait, then change it back to landscape.
Seems like a glitch or bug, not a setting or resolution issue.

2018-09-04T19:05:38+00:00 I have finally been able to make this problem go away without a reboot by forcing different settings on my monitors through the NVIDIA control panel. After a series of setting changes, resolution not being one of them, the problem seems to have gone away. I will hope that this does not revert back after a future update or reboot. At this time, it's unclear if this is a Windows or a graphic driver issue, or just a issue between the two of them together.

2018-09-04T13:44:39+00:00 It is not a resolution problem. It's only a problem when certain applications are set to full screen. I happens in a lot of different apps, and while I have 3 screens it only occurs on the main display.
I've seen it with the Chrome and Edge browsers, the NVIDIA Control panel (as I was testing the resolution and driver update theory), Windows Explorer, Adobe Reader (but not Acrobat) and interestingly, neither Skype or my Office apps were affected. I've tried about a dozen programs and some are affected and some aren't.
It's important to note that the top of the screen is perfectly fine with any of these apps as long as they're not full screen.
I can even have an affected full screen app open, then place a non-affected app in full screen on top of it and the non-affected app works just fine, but behind it an affected app still has the top portion of the application unavailable.
I either have to close the app (alt-F4) or use Alt-Space and select Restore to be able to use the app. This has occurred with a recent Windows update.
