Top of the window gets cut off

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:

How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.

Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

    This has been happening also on a lot of laptops at work, they are on 1809. We even swapped the board of one of them thinking it was a hardware issue and it keeps happening even after that. Has anyone heard something new or had any luck fixing it?

    This works very temporarily, does anyone know if we are ever going to get a permanent solution? I can't believe this hasn't been addressed in the most recent updates!
