Top of the window gets cut off

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:

How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.

Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

    This is exactly what mine looked like, and fixed the problem perfectly. My Laptop is a few years old now. should I be worried that the GPU is on its way out?      X(

    I have the latest version of windows and it happened to me again about two weeks ago. I used the temporary fix key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B and it fixed the issue. Hasn't happened since. BTW my machine has a fresh load of windows 10 two months ago.

    I am currently on WIndows 10 Pro, Version 1809.  Installed on 12.13.2018.   OS Build:  17763.195

    Ive updated to 1809 and havent had the issue since november.  

    Have you updated your OS to the latest build of Win10?
