Top of the window gets cut off

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:

How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.

Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

    Check the display settings for the monitor affected. I noticed that when changing the setting of making apps appear larger. The monitor that was affected was set to 150%. I lowered to 125% and the issue went away.

    This is apparently still a problem with Windows 10 three years later, although it only recently started happening to me after using Windows 10 since 2016. Really strange. Fortunately Bhavik's solution worked, although it's not a permanent fix.

    This fixed my issue as well. It is soooo frustrating. Seems like the driver has issues. It is updated. Not first time it has happened./...

    Any software fixes haven't trickled down to new yet. Had a new pc this month and see this screen cut off within just a few weeks. It happens with Opera and Edge, along with File Manager. Most frustrating.

    My computer is a 3yr old Dell OptiPlex 7050, running Windows 10 Pro and this just started happening a couple of weeks ago.  Never seen this issue before that!  Word and Visio seem to be triggers for me.

    Microsoft really should get a solution to this!
