Failure to install Windows 10 April Update(version 1803)
I am unable to install The Windows 10 Feature update to OS version 1803(from version 1709) on my PC.
It is giving 0xc1900101 error. I have all the latest drivers on my PC. The current OS build of my PC is 16299.371.
After each failure, the update gets downloaded again and it has failed 5 times.
I would be grateful if someone could please help.

2018-07-29T08:37:51+00:00 ... my computer might start seeing that update again....
Maybe you should run the update troubbleshooter ( wu170509.diagcab ) as well to clean the Windows Update Database.
After it he tool wushowhide.diagcab will stop the updates signed by you permanently - till the time you will allow it by the same tool.

2018-07-29T21:16:11+00:00 I just spent 5 hours with Microsoft support with them logged into my PC remotely.
It has just backed off the upgrade again and has restored windows 10 back to previous version (1709).
Have set metered connection back on to stop it trying again whilst I await the call back from Microsoft Support. How shall I word my reply???
