I am unable to install The Windows 10 Feature update to OS version 1803(from version 1709) on my PC.
It is giving 0xc1900101 error. I have all the latest drivers on my PC. The current OS build of my PC is 16299.371.
After each failure, the update gets downloaded again and it has failed 5 times.
I would be grateful if someone could please help.

Maybe you should run the update troubbleshooter ( wu170509.diagcab ) as well to clean the Windows Update Database.
After it he tool wushowhide.diagcab will stop the updates signed by you permanently - till the time you will allow it by the same tool.
Well, then why did it take 4 techs to fix the problem, and nobody tell me about this webpage but you?

I had three techs from Microsoft get remote access of my computer, and fail to fix it. The third tech sent me to a second level tech, who grabbed control by remote, and he basically said that this update was NOT going to install itself on MY computer, offering me NO solutions. I then asked him if he could just make my computer ignore this update instead of trying to install itself every time I booted up....HE never suggested it. No help at all from Microsoft, they push through updates that insist on installing themselves that don't work on all computers. All and all it's almost bad enough for me to buy a Mac or try UNIX.
