As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

I'm playing music via Bluetooth from my Lenovo carbon x1 gen 7 running Windows 10 to my Samsung hw-r550 soundbar and it sounds like trash. It's not the soundbar because when I play music on it from my iPhone also over Bluetooth it sounds fine. This also only started to happen on my windows machine through this most recent update. Any help would be appreciated!

FIX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually i think it's software problem, my Bluetooth speaker was playing normally when i've installed new windows before updates get installed.
I have try all methods have been wrote here, and unfortunately non of them worked for me.
So for now i just make Add device for Bluetooth (just searching, you must not actually add device) each time you connect to your speaker, if it does not work from first search close it and make search again.
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers -> Add a device.
i hope microsoft fix this issue as fast as they can!
For some weird reason this actually works!! I'm gonna switch from windows to Linux soon though, every update just makes the Windows more bug filled and ****.
