Googled the issue for my set of Bluetooth headphones. One suggestion was to disable Audio Enhancements. That's what it turned out to be for me. I had Bass Boost and Loudness Equalization. Disabling all effects first and then re-enabling only Bass Boost did it for me.
Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10
As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

2019-02-15T21:23:07+00:00 After doing 10 different things suggested in various forums and sites over the last week, including reinstalling Bluetooth Drivers, I found a solution. At least for me. I reinstalled the WiFi Drivers, via Control Panel/Device Manager/Network Adapters. In my case with an Alienware Aurora R7, the driver is "Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11 AC Wireless Adapter". Right click, uninstall and reboot. I hope this helps others. I do believe that in this model of PC, the Bluetooth and Wifi are on the same "Killer WiFi" card. So I guess it makes sense.
