Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

FIX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!    

Actually i think it's software problem,  my Bluetooth speaker was playing normally when i've installed new windows before updates get installed.

I have try all methods have been wrote here, and unfortunately non of them worked for me.

So for now i just make Add device for Bluetooth (just searching, you must not actually add device) each time you connect to your speaker, if it does not work from first search close it and make search again.

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers   ->   Add a device.

i hope microsoft fix this issue as fast as they can!

A temp fix for me is to open "devices and printers" in control panel, then select the headset(Bose QC in my case) and select properties, services then flip hands-free telephony off, apply,  then back on. In my case I do use hands free when in meetings but this stopped the stuttering.

I'm going to guess one of the many telephony services in the background (skype, teams, zoom...) has polled the headset and it loops.

Its not the best fix but saved me getting too annoyed.

I was having the same problem lately.

Though this might be a reply too late, or someone might have figured out the correct solution by now.. but if someone is facing the same issue still.. there might be a possible solution.

the problem might be with the interference:

Please switch the WiFi to a 5GHz band instead of 2.4GHz band and then connect the bluetooth device. The 2.4GHz band of WiFi might be interfering with the very close 2.45GHz of bluetooth.

Some please correct me if I am wrong.

I tried this on a fluke, and it worked fine for me. No updates, or patches required.

Sorry to say but this isn't the solution as many people did that too but did not benefit from it. 

Some people even don't have this option... 

I have been facing this from almost a year now or more... 

Nothing works as a permanent solution and i have tried every single solution posted here or on the internet as for that matter... This interference assumption is utter non sense as me or any body none os us get this issue in their android devices which are also being used in the same house... Problem is from Microsoft side and they are so damn lazy that they don't even care to fix it despite of the fact that it has affected a huge amount of consumers

I never claimed in my post that what i tried will be, and is, the perfect solution. I just said that 'it worked for me, "might" work for others too'. No offense, but you could have replied without the statement almost amounting to being abusive. Thank you nevertheless, for we novices learn from Greats like you.

And yes, be as it may, Microsoft might be responsible for the issues all are facing, or so you claim, but still we all keep chasing the same brand.. don't we?

I am not from Microsoft, or from anywhere to be spoken about, but still I try to share the little solutions I find working for me.

Am sorry that this 'utter non sense' solution didn't work for your highness, but I have all faith in your confidence that You will be the first to solve it!!!!!
