In my case too. When I turn off WiFi the audio quality is good. As soon as I turn it on, the stuttering starts.
Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10
As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

2020-06-29T19:44:17+00:00 Well, worked for weeks after this repair, then just stopped, nothing seemed to hep. Rebooted in OSX and the bluetooth, while working fine for the keyboard, couldn't find/add the headphones. I put in the bluetooth USB dongle that I was about to return to Amazon and that fixed the probelm, again, for now anyway.
So for me this may be a Windows 10 issue but may be a bad/poor bluetooth adaptor.
